- Lumsum amount at Rs.180 per Sq. Ft. towards, legal charges, GUDA, Electric connection
- 24 months maintenance from date of offer of possession etc.(Calculated as per existing rates)
- Maintenance fund 50000 per flat (Transferred to society at time of handling over )
- Stamp duty, Registration fees, miscellaneous etc. for conveyance deed
- 1.5% per month late payment charges
